Profile Description:
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, analyzing production data, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Location: Indore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2-3 years experience
Experience working with manufacturing companies (preferred)
Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
● Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
● Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement; generate reports for management.
● Investigate product and process quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
● Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
● Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, control charts, FMEA, and reports as required by industry standards.
● Work with suppliers to establish quality standards for raw materials and components, and conduct supplier audits as necessary.
Required skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
● Knowledge or certifications in Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or similar quality certification will be plus
