- Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including competitor positioning, battlecards, win/loss insights, market trends, and differentiation points.
- Help define and execute sales plays by identifying target personas, pain points, triggers, messages, proof points, and supporting assets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and customer-facing teams to capture customer use cases, outcomes, stories, and feedback that can inform content and messaging.
- Develop compelling presentations, web copy, product collateral, campaign content, and enablement materials that communicate the product story clearly.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, buyer priorities, and customer needs to continuously improve messaging and go-to-market execution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, customer marketing, sales, or customer success, with meaningful exposure to product marketing responsibilities.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software, infrastructure, identity, cloud, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, machine identity, or related technology categories is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-relevant language.
- Ability to understand customer pain points, translate them into messaging, and create content that helps sales teams progress opportunities.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create crisp, structured, and compelling content for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets such as battlecards, sales plays, pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive positioning, and objection handling content.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Project Management teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into actionable content.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Technical degree or engineering background is preferred; MBA or marketing degree is a plus.

- Sales teams are equipped with clear, practical, and up-to-date content that helps them communicate value and address buyer objections.
- Product launches are supported with strong messaging, enablement, collateral, and cross-functional readiness.
