Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, generating customer footfall, promoting brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and strengthening the market presence of PNR Lakshmi Silks. The role will involve both online and offline marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
The ideal candidate should possess creativity, communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and seasonal collections.
- Coordinate promotional activities to increase showroom footfall.
- Support festival, wedding season, and special event marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and activities.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Brand Promotion & Awareness
- Promote the PNR Lakshmi Silks brand across various channels.
- Coordinate branding activities and local promotional events.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, customer events, and promotional programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate social media marketing activities.
- Assist in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor customer engagement on digital channels.
- Support online promotional campaigns and customer communication.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
Customer Relationship Activities
- Maintain customer databases and marketing records.
- Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities and promotional communications.
- Assist in improving customer experience through targeted marketing efforts.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor local market trends and customer preferences.
- Conduct competitor analysis and promotional activity tracking.
- Gather information on customer buying behavior and market opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams regarding ongoing campaigns.
- Support implementation of sales promotion activities.
- Assist in generating enquiries and customer leads.
- Ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives.
- Support management in achieving business growth targets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign records, and customer databases.
- Monitor marketing budgets and activity expenses.
- Submit activity reports and campaign performance updates to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all marketing initiatives.

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in Retail, Textile, Fashion, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
