About the Role
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities for the sales team by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for Maco Group's software and technology solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and self-generated leads.
- Identify decision-makers and understand business requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Appointment & Demo Scheduling
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Coordinate with prospects and internal teams to ensure smooth demo execution.
- Maintain follow-up schedules and appointment calendars.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Present a brief overview of Maco Group's products and services.
- Handle initial customer queries and objections professionally.
CRM & Reporting
- Update all customer interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings scheduled, demos arranged, and lead status.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Follow-Up Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects until meetings are confirmed.
- Re-engage dormant leads and nurture potential opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled.
- Product demos arranged.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio.
- CRM data accuracy and reporting compliance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Appointment Setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
