1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain Joining tracker and documentation, interview coordination for Apprentice positions
2. HR Operations
- Support onboarding activities (documentation, employee communication & followups)
- Raising employee change tickets in SNOW
- Assist in maintaining employee records in HR systems
- Work on data entry, verification, and reporting
- Time & Attendance Support (Kronos)
3. Employee Engagement
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities and events
- Assist in communication and coordination for HR programs
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards (hiring, onboarding, attrition etc.)
- Help track key HR metrics and maintain trackers via TIP
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Provide administrative support to HRBPs and HR operations teams
