Job Summary
Metapercept Technology Services LLP is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, AI integration, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will help design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end development of enterprise applications
-Drive full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, Nuxt.js, Angular, ReactJS, and MongoDB
-Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications
-Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies
-Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and UI/UX teams
-Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
-Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and Agile best practices
Tech Stack & Tools
-Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET Core, Nuxt.js, Angular, ReactJS
-Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB
-Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP | Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
-Others: REST APIs, Microservices, SOLID principles, Agile/Scrum, RabbitMQ, Monitoring tools
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
-6–10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
-Strong expertise in application architecture and scalable systems
-Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
