About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our E-commerce Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Marketplace, Account Management, E-commerce Sales, and Team Handling. The candidate should be capable of managing a team, driving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the E-commerce Sales & Operations team.
- Handle Amazon Marketplace operations, including seller account management.
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales and operational targets are achieved.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior team members.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and track team productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Sales & Account Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace is mandatory.
- Experience in Account Management and client handling.
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Candidates who have worked as a Senior Executive and managed junior team members may also apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business goals.
