- Candidate with minimum 10 year experience in similar role preferred.
- Additional knowledge of French language will be considered as an advantage.
- Serves as the primary bridge between the medical facility and the public
- Manage the institution's reputation, coordinate patient grievances, and oversee external communications to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for patients, families, and the community.
- Financial details about over all treatment expenses, surgery/procedure charges, room tariffs, packages (inclusions and exclusions) based on the details provided by the admitting consultant and as per hospital billing rules and tariff structure
- Provide patients and other departments of the hospital with necessary billing information
- Guide patients/guests to respective Out-patient departments (OPDs), pharmacy and other ancillary departments.
- Effectively coordinates promotional campaigns and events in house and outside the hospital.
- To collect feedback form duly filled from discharged patients.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
