Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Monitor deadlines, track action items, and provide regular updates to the MD.
- Arrange domestic travel, hotel bookings, and event logistics.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Maintain records, files, and management reports in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, business associates, and external stakeholders.
- Organize board meetings, management meetings, and special events as required.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties assigned by the MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
- Experience working directly with Directors/Managing Directors is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
