- Working Days - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Timings are 9 am to 5 pm
A. Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Documentation & Compliance:
– Accurately complete and submit clinical notes, service reports, and quality ‑ assurance forms on schedule.
– Adhere to the Centre’s confidentiality and data‑protection policies.
2. Assessment & Counselling:
– Conduct initial screenings and mental‑health assessments to identify client needs.
– Share assessment findings and recommended care options with children and their families.
– Provide one‑on‑one and group behavioural‑health counselling under supervision.
3. Professional Development:
– Participate in staff training sessions, workshops, and case‑review meetings.
– Take on additional duties as assigned by the management team.
B. Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.
