Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the design or redesign of business workflows and organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the function s needs and ensuring that implementation efforts align with strategic objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency throughout the function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in the development and validation of process improvements to enhance business outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor implemented solutions to ensure they meet business goals and suggest adjustments as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and redesign to optimize organizational performance.
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise performance management tools.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
