Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. This role combines sales and marketing responsibilities to drive company growth, build brand awareness, and close new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, content, and advertisements.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms and website.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI.

Pay: ₹10,366.39 - ₹35,384.86 per month
