Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include participating on sales calls and attending client meetings to acquire new business and/or close on business.
Assists with managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract)
Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
Lead generation for sales.
Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing & customer-oriented mind-set.
Willing to travel
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate from Any Stream
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
