Key Responsibilities

Planning & Control
-
Develop and monitor daily and monthly testing plans aligned with production turnover targets.

Organize, monitor, and control the testing area, including employee allocation, workflows, materials, tools, and adherence to procedures to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Customer Inspection & FAT
-
Lead and manage customer inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for both domestic and international customers.

Ensure smooth coordination with customers and internal stakeholders to meet technical, quality, and scheduling expectations.
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain all process‑level documentation, records, and reports in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Handle internal and external ISO audits, including documentation, process compliance, and employee training activities.
Technical & Team Support
-
Provide technical guidance to technicians; coordinate responses to technical and quality‑related queries.
-
Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues efficiently.
-
Monitor workstation KPIs and initiate corrective or preventive actions when required.
Team Leadership & Communication
-
Conduct daily/regular meetings with team members to review operational status, safety concerns, and quality matters.

Participate in Gemba meetings, Quality Gemba, 5S audits, and Safety meetings.

Lead, plan, and support the training and development of employees; maintain skill matrices and development plans.

Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct growth discussions.
Continuous Improvement

Lead and execute improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes, safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Work Flexibility
-
Must be willing to work in all three shifts (morning, evening, and night) on a weekly rotation schedule.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience
-
Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
-
Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating successful execution of the responsibilities outlined in this profile.

Communication: Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate within the facility.

EHS Knowledge: Understanding of Environmental Health and Safety regulations and procedures.

Lean Manufacturing: Advanced knowledge of lean principles for process optimization and waste elimination.
-
Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, engage, and guide teams to achieve organizational goals.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Understanding of fundamental supervisory concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to apply effective supervisory approaches including task direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.

Strong digital literacy; proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Self‑driven learning ability for new tools and systems.
