Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to handle Play Group, Nursery, LKG, and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the early learning, emotional development, and well-being of young children through play-based and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, warm, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning, play, and creative activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and language development
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes, and good habits
- Assist children with hygiene, eating habits, and daily routines
- Observe and monitor each child’s progress and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding development and concerns
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and learning materials
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and activity plans
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualification: Graduation/ Diploma / Any Teaching Courses
- Experience teaching Play Group / Nursery / Kindergarten
- Loving, patient, and caring attitude towards young children
- Classroom management skills
- Creative, energetic, and engaging teaching style
- English Speaking / Good Communication
Fresher (0–1 year): ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month
