Job Description
Fruxinfo Private Limited is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining IT solutions clearly, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant IT solutions.
- Explain our IT services in a simple and convincing manner.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software, websites, mobile apps, CRM, AI, automation, or digital solutions.
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple business language.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with previous experience in IT telesales, software sales, lead generation, B2B sales, or appointment setting will be preferred.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just make calls but can understand business needs, build trust, and convert conversations into genuine sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
