We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a motivated and platform-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE).
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, bidding on freelancing platforms, client communication, proposal creation, and closing deals for digital services.
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations
Communicate with international and domestic clients via chat, email, and calls
Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Development, Ads, Design) for accurate delivery commitments
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track daily activities
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
Stay updated with platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and market trends
Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr bidding & profile management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proposal writing and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services
Ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines
Client handling and requirement analysis skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in IT services or B2B sales
Proven track record of closing projects on freelancing platforms
Experience in a digital marketing or IT services company is an advantage
