Job Description [Ownership Profile]
- Knowing the requirements from factory for production.
- Sending enquiries to the suppliers and collecting the quotations.
- Check for the market prices for the required material.
- Reasonable Negotiating for the Rates of Materials to Purchase.
- Making analysis to make a view on received prices.
- Decision-making for the purchases is the best part.
- Preparing Purchase Orders and follow-up.
- Following up with suppliers and transporters until the material reached to the factory.
- Sourcing and development of Vendors and domestic Transporters
- Clearing an issues of logistics in immediate care.
- Checking and maintaining the status of Stocks in Stores.
- Maintaining MIS and Sourcing for the Suppliers and Raw Materials.
- Preparing payments for suppliers and transporters.
- Import Experience
