Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the refrigeration & HVAC sector.
- Visit walk in customers at office, understand technical requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- This is not field sales - marketing work , only inhouse sales and maintain team.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
- Coordinate with the production & service teams for order execution.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback.
Key Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC products, cooling units, compressors, etc.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales (Refrigeration/HVAC or industrial machinery preferred).
