Designation: Senior Executive – Finished Product Store (FPS)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods as per approved SOPs, GMP, and GDP requirements.
- Verify all finished products received from production along with Batch Release Notes (BRN), packing records, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain proper identification, segregation, and status labeling (Approved, Quarantine, Rejected, Returned, Hold, etc.) of finished goods.
- Monitor warehouse environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) and ensure compliance with specified storage requirements.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices to ensure timely dispatch and prevent product expiry.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Planning, Marketing, and Dispatch departments for smooth movement of finished goods.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per approved dispatch plans and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP or warehouse management systems and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements including Schedule M, WHO-GMP, and other applicable guidelines.
- Handle returned, recalled, damaged, and rejected products as per approved procedures.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including stock registers, dispatch records, logbooks, temperature records, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, pest control, and safety within the Finished Product Store.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs whenever required.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily activities, and provide training on SOPs, GMP, and safety practices.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and inventory variances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and safe material handling practices within the warehouse.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, dispatch, and stock ageing reports for management review.
- Perform any other warehouse-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Authority
- Authorize receipt and storage activities as per approved procedures.
- Verify inventory records and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for product movement and dispatch.
- Escalate quality, inventory, safety, or compliance issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical Finished Product Store or Warehouse, preferably in a regulated manufacturing facility.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
