Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from US customers.
- Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
- Sell domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, vacation packages, and other travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend the best travel options.
- Achieve individual sales targets and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information in the CRM.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US Travel Sales or a similar international sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is preferred.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
