Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Conduct site visits and collect preliminary information for project assessments.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost-benefit analyses to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project status.
- Stay updated on government solar policies, subsidies, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and solar financing options.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in solar sales, electrical products, energy solutions, or related industries will be preferred.
