Job Description: Area Expansion Manager – Distributor & Wholesaler Onboarding
Department: Sales & Distribution
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Chief Sales Officer
Locations: Solapur, Kanpur & Vidarbha (Nagpur)
Industry Preference: FMCG / Beverage
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and onboard distributors & wholesalers in assigned territories
- Drive market expansion and develop new geographies
- Ensure distributor activation and sales growth
- Manage primary & secondary sales performance
- Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
- Conduct market mapping, negotiations, and business development activities
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience
- Strong experience in distributor appointment and territory expansion
- Understanding of trade dynamics, ROI, and working capital
- Knowledge of DMS/SFA tools preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
