Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content and creative designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. The candidate will work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to create engaging designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media.
- Create designs for social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to understand design requirements.
- Create UI/UX graphics, email creatives, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Review and improve existing designs based on feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and brand elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative technologies.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when required.
- Prepare final artwork and design files for digital publishing and printing.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and design workflows where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual design principles.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
