1. Security Operations
- Manage overall hospital security operations.
- Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital assets.
- Supervise security personnel and maintain discipline.
2. Risk Management
- Identify and assess security risks.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize potential threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections.
3. Emergency Preparedness
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Coordinate evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness training.
4. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal requirements, and security regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and security records.
5. Incident Reporting
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities whenever required.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with Hospital Administration, Nursing, HR, Biomedical, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Coordinate with external agencies including Police, Fire Department, and Disaster Management authorities.
7. Technology Oversight
- Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, visitor management systems, and other security technologies.
- Ensure all security equipment remains functional.
8. Vigilance
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activities.
- Conduct surprise inspections and maintain high standards of vigilance across the hospital.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,400.22 per month
