Key responsibilities:
To assist the officers, Sr. officer & Executives/Manager in Manufacturing and controlling the functions related to production department
Responsible for smooth functioning of departmental machine and to report for the same to superior. If required needs to co-ordinate with engineering dept. head.
Responsible for overall production activities on day to day basis in achieving total production requirement in quality, quantity & GMP compliance in area as per production plan.
Optimization of the resources namely men, materials & machines in the area & allocation of work accordingly.
Training to Manpower to meet the organizational goals & to achieve GMP compliance
Online completion of GMP documents
To help officers & operators in standardizing the production activities to achieve better efficacy & quality.
To maintain the area cleanliness & arrangement before starting & after completion of activity.
To co-ordinate the activities with other department like quality assurance, engineering, quality control etc.
Ensure the all QMS and compliance related activity to complete within timeline for smooth productivity.
Any other work assign by superiors.
