Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint SPFX and Microsoft 365 (M365). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, automate business processes, and build low-code applications to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.
- Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Azure, and APIs.
- Develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Work with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Excel Online, and Outlook.
- Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace management, and Power BI service administration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Monitor report performance and optimize datasets for scalability.
- Maintain documentation and provide user support for Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows and approvals
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) services:
- SharePoint Online SPFX
- Microsoft Teams
- Excel Online
- OneDrive
- Outlook
- Knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Microsoft Dataverse
- Experience with REST APIs and data integration
- Understanding of Azure services is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-300, PL-900, PL-400)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Fabric
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Build and maintain SPFx web parts, extensions, and integrate them with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
- Hands-on experience with SPFx using TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with PnP Framework, SharePoint REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
