- Identify companies offering inclusive employment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams and recruitment agencies.
- Collect Job Descriptions and understand qualification, experience, salary, location, and accessibility requirements.
- Map suitable PWD candidates to available job openings.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and inclusive job fairs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
