We are hiring an experienced Commis 1 (Bakery & Pastry) for our Ernakulam outlet. This role is suited for someone confident in handling core baking tasks and supporting daily production with consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bakery and pastry items as per standard recipes
- Organize mise en place and manage section readiness
- Monitor product quality, portioning, and finishing
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices at all times
- Assist in smooth coordination during production hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in bakery / pastry kitchen
- Strong understanding of baking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently within a team setup
- Good time management and discipline
- Passion for quality and consistency
