We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET web technologies, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing business logic, integrating databases, and writing efficient queries and stored procedures to support application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET (ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core)
Develop and consume RESTful APIs for web and frontend applications
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, views, functions, and stored procedures
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Implement business logic and data access layers following best practices
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend and database-related issues
Participate in code reviews and follow clean code and coding standards
Work closely with QA and product teams to deliver high-quality features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of C# and .NET web technologies
Experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core / Web API
Proficiency in SQL Server, including:
Writing complex SQL queries
Creating and optimizing stored procedures
Indexing and performance tuning
Understanding of relational database design and normalization
Familiarity with ORM tools such as Entity Framework (preferred)
Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and JSON
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience:
1–4 years of experience in backend development using .NET and SQL Server (experience level can be adjusted)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
