Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer with at least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales in assigned territories, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and placement in retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report to management.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and stock availability.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Good knowledge of General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Horeca and distributor handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
- Strong convincing skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹9,293.13 - ₹27,397.60 per month
