About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and manage our US-market telecalling operations. This is a night shift role aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound sales, team management, and lead generation—and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of telecallers on the US night shift
- Drive outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the telecalling team and ensure consistent achievement
- Monitor call quality, script adherence, and team performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
- Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and team KPIs to senior leadership
- Train, coach, and motivate telecallers to improve performance and reduce attrition
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or telecalling operations
- Proven experience managing telecalling teams, preferably for US or international markets
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones
- Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and keep the team motivated
- Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage environment is a plus
