Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. - Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations: - Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment. - Address employee concerns and provide HR-related guidance in alignment with company policies.
3. HR Operations & Documentation: - Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. - Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as required.
4. Training & Development Support: - Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs. - Maintain training records and track employee participation.
5. Performance Management: - Support the appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees. - Maintain performance review records and follow-up on improvement plans.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assist in updating and communicating HR policies across the organization.
