Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding IT training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, training methodology, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
