Training and Employment Details
Training Duration
- 6 months structured training program
- Hands-on exposure in the Presales department
Stipend During Training
- INR 10,000 per month (Net take-home)
- No deductions or hidden charges
Post-Training Employment Opportunity
- Based on performance, candidates may be offered full-time employment
Compensation (Post Training)
- INR 20,000 per month (First year)
Performance-Based Growth

Commitment Period
- Total 18 months
- 6 months training
- 12 months full-time employment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and project scope
- Assist in preparing requirement documents, proposals, and client presentations
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and suitable solutions
- Support in preparing product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept materials
- Analyze and document business workflows and processes
- Participate in presales discussions and client interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies
