We're Socialsect, a healthcare growth agency running patient acquisition for private medical practices in the US and UK. We're building a cold outbound engine and need an operator who has actually run one, not someone who's only read about it. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida.
You own the machine end to end: domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability, list building, enrichment, sequencing, and the daily work of keeping campaigns in the primary inbox and booking meetings. We bring the offer, positioning, and copy framework. You make the engine run.
You're a fit if you've actually done this:
- Set up and managed cold email infrastructure at scale (multiple domains, 30+ inboxes, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Run sending through Smartlead or Instantly and know why deliverability dies and how to fix it
- Built and enriched lead lists with Clay, Apollo, or similar, and know the difference between a scraped list and a verified decision-maker list
- Verify every list (MillionVerifier/ZeroBounce) as a habit, not an afterthought
- Can show a campaign you ran and the actual numbers it produced
Not a fit if: you've only watched tutorials, only sent from one inbox, or can't name a reply rate you personally drove.
Bonus: healthcare or high-ticket service experience, US/UK market familiarity, comfort overlapping partially with US/UK hours.
