Key Responsibilities
·Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting
·Reconcile Shopify/website orders with payment gateways and bank statements
·Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliation with courier partners
·Track returns, exchanges, and refunds
·Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
·Ensure accurate inventory and stock movement accounting
·Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
·Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
·Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
·Resolve settlement mismatches with payment gateways/logistics partners
·Assist in audits and financial planning
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
