Required Qualifications:
D.Ed. (Special Education)

M.A. in Psychology
B.Ed. in Special Education
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of child development and special needs education
Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
Effective communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
