Role Overview
We are looking for an International Sales Intern to support our sales team by managing seller follow-ups, re-engaging prospects, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in sales operations for the India-to-US logistics lane.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales inbox, CRM, calls, and WhatsApp queries for missed opportunities
- Follow up with sellers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain CRM updates including lead status, notes, and follow-up actions
- Re-engage inactive sellers and identify potential sales opportunities
- Conduct seller research and prepare briefs before sales calls
- Assist in creating outreach campaigns and sales communication
- Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
- Coordinate meetings between sellers and senior sales representatives
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with calls and customer interactions
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Willingness to work overlapping US business hours
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, and sales
