We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive lead conversion, build client relationships, and contribute to our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → pitching → closing)
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant tech solutions
- Maintain and track leads using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Coordinate with marketing and tech teams for smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills
- Experience in inside sales / telecalling

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Incentives based on performance
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
