Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to own the design, deployment, automation, and reliability of our multi-cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience across AWS and DigitalOcean, is comfortable running highly available, multi-instance workloads, and can design and implement Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies across multiple regions. You will build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, enforce version-control discipline, and keep our applications and databases secure, performant, and always available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and DigitalOcean, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy and operate multi-instance, highly available application environments with automated scaling and health monitoring.
- Design and implement Business Continuity (BCP) controls, including redundant/multiple running instances and automated failover.
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies with multi-region replication, failover, backups, and defined RTO/RPO targets.
- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Manage version control (Git-based) workflows, branching strategies, and release management.
- Administer relational and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL and MongoDB — covering configuration, backups, replication, and tuning.
- Configure and manage load balancers, CDN, and Elasticsearch for performance, search, and content delivery.
- Monitor systems, set up alerting/logging, and respond to incidents to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks; document architecture, runbooks, and DR procedures.

MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (relational) — setup, backups, replication, and performance tuning.
Reliability
Multi-instance BCP controls, multi-region DR implementation, high availability, and failover.
Automation
CI/CD pipeline design and automation; Git-based version control and release management.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. or B.E. in Computer Science (or a closely related discipline).
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps) are a strong plus.
Added Advantage (Preferred)
- Working experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and containerisation/orchestration tooling.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
