Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the Hospital, Healthcare, or Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Induction & orientation and joining formalities including documentation, employee code generation, email ID creation, ID card initiation for new joiners.
- Core HR activities conducted daily include managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations.
- BGV Initiation Addressing employee grievances
- HR-one helpdesk ticket should be resolved and closed within the stipulated timeline of 24 hours
- End to end exit procedure encompassing complete and final settlement.
- The process of finalizing exit documentation including clearance forms, handover records and exit interview questionnaires is essential
- Issuance of Form 16 to all consultant role employees.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
