Required Electrical Design Engineer
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented electrical engineer with strong expertise in design engineering, documentation, and project coordination. The role involves preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and reports and ensuring smooth collaboration between fabrication teams, clients, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking: Monitor daily project progress and prepare status reports.
- Client Feedback: Maintain complaint registers and client feedback records (soft and hard copies).
- BOQ Preparation: Prepare Bills of Quantities for electrical goods (earthing, wires, termination materials, etc.).
- Panel & Layout Design: Design LT panels, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, cable routes, and trench layouts.
- Technical Drafting: Draft GA drawings, control panel layouts, and power/control wiring schematics.
- Drawing Release: Review and release drawings to fabrication teams for enclosure and mounting plate work.
- Documentation: Generate test certificates and panel labels and maintain technical data sheets for projects.
- File Management: Organize project folders with sequential numbering, soft/hard copies, and as-built drawings.
- Fabrication Coordination: Coordinate with fabricators regarding panel labels, nameplates, and GA drawings.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, and site engineers to ensure alignment with approved SLP and finalized panel dimensions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drafting tools.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
