We are looking for a visionary technology leader to drive enterprise-wide IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT and digital transformation strategy
- Oversee Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise applications
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, network stability, and compliance standards
- Lead infrastructure management including servers, cloud systems, backups, and disaster recovery
- Manage IT operations across multiple hospital branches and units
- Drive process automation and technology-enabled operational efficiency
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, operations, and administrative teams
- Handle IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and technology partnerships
- Lead and mentor IT teams while ensuring service excellence and uptime
Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- MBA in Systems/IT Management preferred
