- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintain antivirus software and implement IT security best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in implementing new IT systems and technology upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹10,674.22 - ₹16,000.00 per month
