- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain personal loan and other loan products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers until the loan application is completed.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
