Content Creation & Storytelling:
● Design and structure full-fledged PPTs for YouTube educators that are visually
engaging and pedagogically strong.
● Write scripts for product launches, brand-building videos, and YouTube
Shorts, ensuring clarity, emotional appeal, and strong storytelling.
● Develop creative content formats for multiple platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp,
Telegram, Email, YouTube, Amazon/Flipkart ads).
Campaign & Copywriting:
● Craft ad copies (bite-sized, witty, and platform-specific) for digital and
e-commerce campaigns.
● Create high-CTR content for WhatsApp, Email, and Telegram campaigns.
● Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across campaigns.
Creative Production Management
● Collaborate with video editors, designers, and educators to translate scripts
into polished final outputs.
● Oversee the production pipeline—from ideation to delivery—while ensuring
deadlines and quality standards are met.
● Provide creative direction and feedback to the editing team.Analytics & Optimization
● Track campaign and content performance across platforms.
● Use audience insights and engagement data to refine scripts, PPTs, and
campaign strategies.
Collaboration:
● Collab with a team of content writers, creative freelancers and editors, ensuring smooth
workflows.
● Work cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns
with business objectives.
Skills Needed:
● 3–6 years of experience in content writing, campaign management, or
creative direction.
● Strong skills in scriptwriting, storytelling, and copywriting.
● Ability to structure PPTs/educator decks with strong narrative flow.
● Familiarity with video editing workflows and working closely with editors.
● Solid understanding of digital & social media trends, ad platforms, and
student/educator audience psyche.
● Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related
creative fields.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
