Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Develop concept designs, detailed 2D drawings, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design solutions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Review drawings, design specifications, and project deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and design support during project execution.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and other design software.
- Strong expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.
- Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong client management, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
