Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our electronics retail shop and support our online marketing, social media presence, and digital promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting electronics products, offers, and the store through various digital platforms while helping increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content for electronics products and offers.
- Promote new products, discounts, and store campaigns through digital platforms.
- Assist in digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Respond to customer queries and messages on social media.
- Coordinate with the sales team for product promotions and marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques.
- Monitor basic social media performance and prepare reports when required.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred; Digital Marketing certification/course is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and content creation.
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
