ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (Lateral and Bulk Hiring)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Develop and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations based on skills and culture fit
- Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Working on different projects to streamline the recruitment practice
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
